Newsline Media Productions (“NMP”, “we”) respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
- Details you give us in quote, contact and order forms: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, business name and project notes.
- Billing and service records for hosting and domain customers.
- Basic website analytics (pages visited, device type) when you accept analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver and bill our services, register domains with KeNIC and other registries, and improve our website. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them.
If you tick the optional WhatsApp box on our quote form, we send you domain and hosting renewal reminders and occasional NMP updates on WhatsApp. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to deliver your service (for example domain registries, payment processors such as Safaricom M-Pesa, and email delivery), or when required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing info@nmp.co.ke. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
Retention and security
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months and customer records as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, protected by access controls and encrypted connections.
