Who owns my domain?
You do. We always register your domain in your name or your company’s name, never in ours.
How fast is a domain active?
Registration is usually instant once payment is received. New .ke domains typically start working within about an hour, international domains within minutes to a few hours as the internet updates.
What do I need to register a .sc.ke or .ac.ke domain?
These are reserved for schools and tertiary institutions, so the registry asks for proof such as a registration certificate or an official letter. Send it to us and we handle the rest.
What happens if I forget to renew?
We send reminders before expiry. After expiry there is a short grace period to renew at the normal price; later, a redemption fee applies, and eventually the domain is released for anyone to register. Turn on auto-renew in your client area to avoid this.
Can I transfer my domain to NMP?
Yes. Ask your current provider for the transfer (EPP/auth) code, then start a transfer in our client area. Your website and email keep working during the move.
Do I get email with my domain?
Yes. Every hosting plan includes professional email addresses like info@yourbusiness.co.ke.
How do I pay?
Pay securely online by M-Pesa (Paybill 780886) or other methods shown on your invoice. Your domain renews automatically as soon as payment is received.
